Deep, rich and powerful skills

This book is a wonderful basic text for both mediation and nonviolent communication. Liv describes the skills needed to support others in communicating effectively in a very thorough, easy to learn and apply manner. Step by step, she first outlines then goes deeply into understanding the skills and the way of thinking that best supports mediation. Examples are realistic and go beyond the superficial.
