Solid Book

Covers everything you need to know about Civil Procedure. Has an interesting blend of theoretical and case law. My biggest dislike about the book came from the incredibly dense footnotes. Often, they (the footnotes) were more confusing than beneficial.

As great as advertised!

Book is in great condition. There appears to be the remnants of a sticker that was removed from the cover, but you can barely tell. There are no marks in the book and the binding and pages appear to be in great condition with no wear or tear. Very happy with this purchase!
